Solution to the echo problem -
We can make a false ceiling out of sound absorbent sheets.This would cancel out the effect of the dome structure which promotes repeated reflection of sound which causes echo.

We can reduce sound echo in the dome by using sound absorbing sheet like a carpet and reducing the amount things which reflects the sound and and the speaker at 45 degree.
